- Familiarize yourself with the content of the papers to be delivered in your session.
- At the beginning of the session, briefly introduce all the speakers for the session. Each keynote has a 45-minute timeslot (unless otherwise specified). The length of their presentation will be communicated to you, so you know how much time (of the 45 minutes) remains for Q&A. All the other platform presenters have a 15-minute slot. Note – there will be no Q&A after each platform presentation.
- There will be a 15-minute Q&A session at the end of the session (just keep an eye on the time available).
- Please prepare some questions based on the presentations in your session. It is quite possible that there are no questions from the delegates – you need to be able to stimulate a discussion around your session if there are no questions from the audience.
- The panellists/presenters will be available in the live format to answer questions posed to them during the Q&A Session.
- Please relay the questions in the Chatbox to the relevant panellist. The moderator will be there to assist you, if necessary.
